Craig was excellent. Really helped begin to break through some muscular issues I’ve had for several years. I booked a follow up appointment for this Saturday!…Patient, April 2016

The staff is very knowledgeable and will help work with you to give you the information you need for your specific goals…Patient, March 2016

Muscle whisperer is no joke. Craig knows how to get all the muscles on the same page again…Patient, February 2016

West Suburban Pain Relief Center is an excellent source of rehabilitative and restorative care. I wouldn’t know how (or whether) to recommend them for a general massage, but for trigger-point and myofascial pain relief, they are highly professional, deeply focused on your specific problems and very effective…I cannot recommend them highly enough, and look forward to my next visit…Patient, February 2016

I felt so much better after my appointment. Thank you and thanks for the self care tips!…Patient, February 2016

Didn’t realize, I had pain in the areas the therapist worked on. Trigger points was certainly addressed. Thanks!…Patient, February 2016

There is a parking garage in the back. Janet did a wonderful job of identifying my key trouble spots and working on those to provide relief. She also provided some good exercises for me to do at home…Patient, February 2016

Seriously, if you are looking for massage therapy that actually does your body good–that changes its function for the better and actually makes pain go away–then this is the place you need to come. Not Massage Envy. Not a chiropractor. You need trigger point from knowledgeable experts in the craft. And I am so happy to say that they are here in Oak Park!…Patient, 2015

Until I went to Janet, I didn’t think there was a person out there who understood my myofascial pain. Janet does know all about it, and has helped reduce the pain. She takes the time, before she begins to massage, to sit with me and listen to how I am feeling that day. When I leave I always feel much better…Patient, 2015

Craig is one of the best bodywork practitioners that I have ever known. He is incredibly skilled at finding the root physical cause for a patient’s pain. He sets himself apart by incorporating bodywork with education to help patients ultimately learn how to manage and prevent the same pain recurrence in the future. He is my top referral for all of my family practice patients when they have acute and/or chronic pain issues. I highly recommend having Craig in any physician’s and practitioner’s “toolbox” for helping patients manage pain without medication and surgery…Kori Feldman MD

Very informative session…Patient, 2014

What a great experience. The provider was able to recommend things I can do to improve my pain. Address issues I didn’t even share with her that she was able to tell just by her exam and treating me for what i went for. Will be back. Feeling grateful…Patient, 2014

I spent so much money on chiropractors. This is much better. Everybody should try it out…Patient, 2014

Make sure to follow the tips and exercises in between appointments. It will increase the effectiveness of the great treatments…Patient, 2014

Beautiful, relaxing setting. Therapist was knowledgable and professional. I’ll be going back. Thank you…Patient, 2014

Janet is excellent at explaining what she is doing and why. She gave my husband & I great take home advice to help prevent and improve on our trouble areas. Trigger point is not a fluff massage, it is to help find a cure to your pains!…Patient, 2013

I went to see Janet after getting diagnosed with tenosynovitis, or new mother’s wrist. This painful condition made it difficult to pick up and care for my new baby, which clearly was a condition I couldn’t live with. Very quickly, Janet identified stretches, exercises and adjustments I needed to make to improve my situation. I saw Janet for a total of 5 sessions, with each session beginning with a pain assessment, then 45+ minutes of massage often using an ultrasound massage machine (very effective), and concluding with training on new exercises or stretches to continue to work on over the next week…I will say that I now know how to alleviate my symptoms when I have a flare-up…Patient, 2013
