There are many causes of pain in the feet, but plantar fasciitis is probably the most common diagnosis.
We literally approach the feet from both directions. We treat the smaller muscles and connective tissue of the foot and ankle, ensuring that the bones move normally. This is the source of the “spring in your step”.
However, we also know that for many people, foot pain is referred from the larger muscles in the calf. Most people like a nice foot massage. However, we treat the muscles all the way up to the knee that are causing the pain, providing truly lasting relief. You will also learn how the way that you drive, sit at your desk or even how weight of the covers when you sleep at night can cause foot pain.
